Vision

Our mission is to promote Evidence-Based Tenant Management. Half the world's population either rents or rents out a residence. Despite the size of the rental industry, it hasn't received much scientific attention. There are no scientific journal articles on how to screen or manage tenants. Compare that to the employment industry, where 1000s of studies are published each year on how to screen and manage employees. Big discrepancy! We aim to change that, for the good of both landlords and tenants.

Scientist Practitioners

We are scientists first and test publishers second. Our research into the Psychology of tenant behavior results in scientific tools that we publish for use by landlords and property managers. Our personality test for tenants is an example of that. In publishing the personality test, we help people adopt the science while supporting further research.

Promoting Adoption of Scientific Tools

To further promote the adoption of scientific tools, we also aim to make it easy for other companies to sell our products. Our RESTful API makes our personality test available for other companies to integrate.
